At The George Hathersage, we have crafted the most mouth-watering breakfast menu that will start any day on the right foot.

We are passionate about using local Peak District suppliers for the freshest and tastiest ingredients that go into our dishes. From the full English complete with Ginger Butchers sausage, bacon and black pudding to the British-grown strawberries from New Farm atop our featherlight pancakes.

A Breakfast Menu for All

If you're looking for lighter options check out the continental breakfast featuring fresh fruit, croissant, toast and preserves. A firm favourite is the delicious eggs benedict or eggs royale on light, fluffy muffins.

Most of our menu can be adapted to be gluten-free and we have vegan and vegetarian options too, making our food accessible to all.

Fancy a morning pick-me-up to give your day that little kick? How about a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa to toast your way into the day.

We serve our breakfast with Roastology coffee which specialises in small artisan batch roasting and Joe’s Tea Co organic award-winning fair trade tea.
