BOOKING TERMS

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.

Any additional guests in bedrooms are subject to a £10 charge per person.

For bookings between 20th – 31st December, the guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Children of all ages are allowed.

All room rates are inclusive of breakfast items off the menu.

A credit or debit card authorisation is taken for any food & beverage charges.  We reserve the right to charge for any theft or damages.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Check-out from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Your guests must provide their address details when they book.

Guest Phone Number:

Your guests must provide a phone number when they book.

PET POLICY

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the bar area and outdoor courtyard.

No pets are allowed in hotel bedrooms, with the exception of guide dogs.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

COMPETITIONS

Over 18’s only.
Prize must be redeemed Sunday – Thursday (excluding bank holidays).
Prize cannot be redeemed during any school holidays.
Prize can only be redeemed with an advanced booking.
No cash alternative.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Must be redeemed within 6 months from the competition closing date.
