From sage and chorizo-stuffed pork fillet wrapped in pancetta, with sautéed greens, mashed potato, creamy sage and chorizo sauce to vegan spiced-battered oyster mushrooms, smoked paprika, butterbean purée, hasselback potatoes, grilled tenderstem broccoli, and vegan feta plus hearty signature burgers and pizzas made in our wood fired pizza oven before your eyes, there is something for everyone. Our breakfasts are just as tempting, with classic cooked plates, lighter options and plenty of flexibility for special diets. Every stay includes a Peak District breakfast.
