Rob Hattersley, managing director of Longbow Venues is coeliac himself. As such, our chefs have become gluten-free gurus when it comes to culinary creations. After all, they want to impress the boss! 

They work really hard to create dishes that can be adapted to be gluten-free without losing that all-important taste and texture while sourcing ingredients locally. 

Lactose-Free and Plant-Based

Our menu adaptations are not limited to gluten-free dishes. We are able to adapt many dishes to be lactose-free/dairy free. We’re also proud of our vegan and vegetarian offerings, which showcase our chefs’ creativity and commitment to flavour. These dishes are so well-received that even non-vegans are blown away by their taste and texture.

We take food safety seriously, maintaining separate storage and preparation areas to accommodate dietary needs.
